Michael Hewes is an Investment Sales Analyst at National Multifamily and the company’s Rockland & Orange County specialist. Since joining the team in 2025, he has had an active role on the Tri-State team selling and putting under contract 21 buildings totaling $49.1M in aggregate market volume.
Michael was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his BA in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. While he was at Penn, he was a four-year member of the soccer team, captaining the team his senior year. After completing his undergraduate degree, he continued his athletic career on the soccer team at Penn State University where he is a candidate to receive his master’s in finance.
