What you’ll do:

• Support company president with financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of multifamily properties
• Research market data and trends to identify opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
• Participate in client meetings, property tours, and team strategy sessions
• Prospect new business and grow your professional network with direct outreach to property owners and investors

Who you are:

• A soon-to-be or recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree by Summer 2025)
• Naturally competitive, entrepreneurial, and motivated to learn
• Comfortable on the phone and confident in conversations with clients and senior professionals
• Interested in real estate, finance, or investment sales
• Coachable, curious, and excited by the idea of building a meaningful business and career
