The Opportunity:

National Multifamily is looking for new sales candidates to join our expanding sales team to learn how to list and sell multifamily and mixed-use properties.  The selected Junior Commercial Real Estate Agents will be working directly with the President of National Multifamily, Matt Cawley on listings in the targeted markets in New York and Connecticut. The position will be located in Rye Brook, NY.

The Company:

In the spring of 2022, National Multifamily was launched to provide a best-in-class mid-market investment brokerage sales service for 5+ unit multifamily and mixed-use properties.  With a primary focus on the states of New York and Connecticut, the company is additionally licensed in the states of New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Florida.  Through national reach and local expertise, we provide apartment building owners a firm they can trust in multiple markets across the United States when selling or buying multifamily properties.

Training:

The selected Junior Commercial Real Estate Agents will undergo both a classroom and on-site multifamily and mixed-use sales training program led by the President of the company, Matt Cawley.  Agents will be taught the step-by-step process to go from listing to closing.  Company leadership is with our new agents each step of the way for every transaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Ability to commute to Rye Brook, NY office
• Track record of success: athletics, personal achievements, or leadership roles
• Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
• Excellent communication skills

• US work authorization
• Real Estate License (not required for initial interview)
