Olivia Friedberg

Olivia Friedberg is an Investment Sales Analyst at National Multifamily and the company’s New Haven County specialist.  Since joining the team in 2025, she has had an active role on the Tri-State team selling and putting under contract 21 buildings totaling $49.1M in aggregate market volume.

Prior to joining, she worked as an investment sales intern at CBRE in the Institutional Properties Group.

Olivia was born and raised in Old Greenwich, Connecticut.  She graduated from Cornell University, from the Nolan Scholl of Hotel Administration, with a Bachelor of Science in hotel Administration and a concentration in Finance.  While at Cornell, she was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey Team and competed on Canada’s Women’s National Field Hockey Team.
